Shipping policy

Processing time (time to create items before shipping them) is 3-5 business days UNLESS otherwise noted in the top bar on this site. Some collections will have specified dates.

Items are shipped through USPS. Tracking will be sent to your email provided at checkout.

Lost/Delayed Items (especially with COVID changes)

Delayed/Lost items will need to be taken up with USPS. I have the same tracking info as you do. Since everything will have your address on it, the post office prefers to deal with the recipient directly.
